અમને તાલીમના અભાવે દિનપ્રતિદિન કુશળતાથી CCTV મેઇન્ટેન કરવાના પ્રોબ્લેમ્સ નડતા હતા જે માત્ર ૮૦ કલાકની ટ્રેઇનિંગ લીધા પછી દૂર થયા.
હાઇલી ટેકનીકલ ટ્રેઇનિંગ હોવા છતાં આઠ દિવસ અમને ઓછા લાગ્યા. ઈચ્છું છું કે આવી વધુ ટ્રેઇનિંગ થતી રહે તો અમને ઘણું સારું રહે.
હું છેલ્લાં દસ વર્ષથી ઇલેક્ટ્રિશિયન તરીકે કાર્યરત છું. CCTV વગેરે પણ ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરું છું. પરંતુ હવે મને ખબર પડી કે એક સફળ ટેકનિશિયન બનવા માટેની કેટલીક બેઝિક સ્કિલ્સનો મારામાં અભાવ હતો.
